CopyFlash is compatible with Clarion versions C6.x and C7. It will place a Copy button on a browse, or use a Process for batch copying a range of records:
  1. Copy all related child records. The developer can choose which ones to include.
  2. Two operation modes: Open the update form before copy or just do a straight copy without editing.
  3. Copy within the same file or copy to another set of parent/child files.
  4. Multiple copy buttons per window - so if you have 10 browses on your window they can all have a copy button.
  5. Batch Copy template - copy a range of records - ideal for archiving.
  6. Autoincrement is automatically handled by both modes. Edit-in-place is not supported.
  7. Exclude Fields from being copied
  8. Prime child copied records with new values.
  9. Actions to take after a record is copied: 1) Delete the copied record or 2) Set a flag field in the copied record such as an archived flag or 3) do nothing.
  10. What text (if any) should appear on the popup menu can also be customized.
  11. Option to display a message such as "Record Copied OK" - useful when copying to another file and its not immediately obvious a copy has occurred. It reassures the user something has happened 
  12. All source code supplied.No black boxes and no dictionary changes needed.
  13. Clarionet compatible

1) A user has to add a batch of records which are basically similar (including the child files) except for maybe one or two fields.
